QuadSucker/News is a multithreaded news downloader that downloads four binaries concurrently 4 times faster than single-threaded downloaders. Designed to handle all kinds of binary newsgroups, from picture groups GIF, JPEG to music MP3, movies MPG, M2V, and archives RAR, ZIP, EXE where the attachments can reach hundreds of MB in size. Supports yEnc, uuencode, and base64.
